Specifications

- Usually used without the grill lid.
- Suitable for all round COBB models
- The non-stick coating prevents food from sticking, even during longer cooking.
- The plate has holes designed to hold the grill grid (rack).
- The plate is Teflon-coated.
- Do not wash in a dishwasher or scrub with an abrasive sponge. It is easiest to clean with a damp kitchen paper towel after cooking.
- When cooking, place the flat side down towards the heat and cook food on the ribbed side.
